In compliance with the art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament European Parliament and of the Council laying down provisions for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "Regulation"), we provide the following information:
- Purposes of processing personal data
Your personal data will be processed by M.A.I.O.R. S.r.l., Data Controller, for the sole purpose of research, selection, and evaluation of personnel in order to recruit into its organizational structure.
- Nature of the data processed, methods of processing and storage period
The treatment will be carried out automatically and manually according to logical, compatible and functional criteria for the purposes for which the data was collected, in accordance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided by law and regulations.
The collection covers only common personal data, including your own photograph accompanying your professional profile, which will be processed within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks, and purposes set out in paragraph 1.
Therefore, you will not need to disclose sensitive personal data. If there is similar data on the CV, M.A.I.O.R. S.r.l. will only deal with the data relevant to the assessment of professional aptitude, to the extent that the acquisition of this information is strictly essential for the establishment of the relationship of collaboration/work. The Holder reserves the right to keep in his archives only the profiles that he considers interesting.
In accordance with the principles of legality, limitation of purpose and minimization of data, according to art. 5 Regulation 2016/679, your personal data will be stored for the period of time it takes to achieve the purposes for which it is collected and processed. However, the Company may retain the data even later if it believes that it continues to be suitable for the purpose of research and selection. In any case, the processing of the data will cease as a result of a request for deletion by the person concerned. The Company reserves the right to destroy CVs or any document containing personal data deemed not useful for the purposes of paragraph 1.
The decision-making process related to the processing of the data provided is essentially automated. Data processing with automated systems may be subject to a request for clarification or complaints from you at any time.
- Optional nature of the provision of data
Providing data is optional. However, the refusal to provide data will make it impossible to consider your candidacy in any selection and evaluation process.

5. Rights of the interested Subject
Finally, we remind you that, pursuant to articles 15 to 21 of the Rules, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning you, to obtain an indication of the origin, of the purposes and methods of the processing, updating, rectification, integration of data and the deletion of data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the rights listed here have not been recognized.

6. Transferring personal data
Your data could be transferred to the parent company based outside the EU. The Holder ensures that the transfer of data to non-EU countries takes place in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
If, after reading this Notice, you decide to revoke consent to transfer the data to those recipients, the Holder will not be able to guarantee the completion of the selection and evaluation process.
